U.S. Shipping

FREE Standard Shipping on ALL contact lens orders.

Most items ship from our warehouse within 48 hours with an expected arrival date to addresses in the U.S. within 5-7 days. Prescription eyeglasses may take from 9-14 days.

Canada & Mexico

Including the prescription verification process and customs, sunglasses and contact lenses may take 7-14 business days to arrive. Prescription eyewear can take 11-21 business days.

Package Loss and Fraud

Eyeglass World monitors package loss and credit card fraud rates for different countries and regions on an ongoing basis. On occasion, we find it necessary to require additional information prior to shipping an order and in some cases, may decline to ship an order altogether. Eyeglass World reserves the right to decline to ship any order to any country or region at its sole discretion.
