Q: How often do I receive shipments?
A: You will receive a shipment of your contact lenses every 3 months. Plus, shipping is FREE!
Q: What if my prescription changes or expires during my subscription?
A: You can continue your Subscription even if you receive a new prescription. To make things easy, we’ll email you letting you know when your prescription is expiring and it’s time to schedule an exam! Eye exam charges and changes to monthly payment fees could apply.
Q: How do I get my free eyeglasses?
A: You must remain in the Subscription program for 12 months to get your free eyeglasses voucher. Your voucher will be emailed to you and can be redeemed in store on a pair of eyeglasses, including a $89 frame and single vision plastic lenses. Choose a more expensive frame or lens and pay the difference.
Q: Can I use my vision insurance?
A: Yes, you can! Use vision insurance to purchase contact lenses up to the value of your contact lens benefits. If your vision insurance won’t cover the cost of an annual supply, you can enroll in Subscription to receive the remainder. Then you’ll pay an affordable low payment each month and can have them shipped to your home at no charge or pick them up in store.
Free eyeglass voucher is based upon remaining in Subscription for 12 months. The voucher includes any entry-level priced frame and single vision plastic lenses. Choose a more expensive frame or lens and pay the difference. Voucher valid in-store only.
