How are your prices so much lower than other retailers?

With more than 100 locations throughout the U.S., we purchase a very high volume of eyeglass frames from manufacturers. Due to this volume, we have significant buying power with our vendors and are able to negotiate unheard-of low prices. Then we pass those savings onto our customers! Click here to make an appointment now!

What's included in the 2 for $89 deal?

At Eyeglass World, we provide quality and value. With our 2 pairs of glasses for $89 offer, you can get two pairs of eyeglass frames from our two pair collection and single vision uncoated plastic lenses (CR-39) for one low price. The offer cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon or insurance plan. Can I share the 2 for $89 offer with someone else?

The 2 for $89 offer is for one person and can't be shared with another person. As long as both pairs are for the same person, two different prescriptions may be used.

Why do I have to put an item into my shopping cart to see the price?

It’s a step we’re sometimes required to take to give you the best price on eyewear. Often, our prices are lower than the prices our vendors permit us to advertise. Depending on our vendor’s guidelines, you may have to put a product into your shopping cart to reveal the price. You can always remove the product from your cart if you decide not to complete the purchase.

How long will it take for me to receive my glasses?

For many prescriptions, you can get your eyeglasses on the same day.+ Eyeglass World stores have labs on-site so you can start seeing better the same day. Please note that some prescription and specialty lenses may require more time and will be sent to one our centralized labs. If that’s the case with your prescription, one of our associates can let you know when your glasses will be ready for pick-up.

What is your return policy for eyeglasses?

Merchandise accompanied by a receipt may be returned within 30 days. If your prescription changes within 60 days of your eye exam, we will replace your eyeglass lenses (with the same style) at no additional cost.

How is it possible for my eyeglasses to be ready the same day?

Every Eyeglass World has an in-store lab featuring the latest lens crafting technology. While some specialty lenses may take longer, most orders are ready the same day

Does Eyeglass World offer protection plans in case my frames break?

The Eyeglass World Product Protection Plan provides protection for your eyeglass frames and eyeglass lenses for one year, for a low additional charge. If your frames or lenses break, bend, or fail because of normal wear and tear, or are accidentally damaged during the year covered by the Product Protection Plan, bring them to your local Eyeglass World store so we can replace them. This plan does not cover lost frames or lenses, or scratched lenses.

Will I find a wide selection of eyeglass frames and lenses at your store?

You'll find more than 2,000 eyeglass frames to choose from in Eyeglass World stores! Customers can take advantage of our 2 pairs for $89 offer with single vision uncoated plastic lenses. You can also choose to upgrade to one of our designer brand frames or a premium lens to make sure you’re seeing and looking your best!

In order to increase the durability of your eyeglasses, you have the option of a solid or gradient tint, scratch resistant coating, polarized lenses, UV-block coating, and Clearview Non-glare Coating. Most eyeglass coatings and lens tinting are available on most lens types. Our friendly and experienced opticians can help you choose the best lens and options for your vision, budget and style.

How can you help me save money if my kids are rough on eyeglasses?

At Eyeglass World, saving money on kids' glasses has never been easier. We offer 2 pairs of kids' glasses starting at just $89. Polycarbonate lenses are always free for children 13 and under, which offer better protection against breakage.

Parents can also purchase the Eyeglass World Product Protection Plan which includes the replacement of broken/bent frames, Scratch resistant coating on eyeglass lenses and UV Protection.

I've never had contacts before. How do I get a prescription for a trial pair?

Make a contact lens exam appointment online or call 800-637-3597 to schedule an appointment with one of our experienced and friendly Doctors of Optometry. Following your exam, an Eyeglass World associate will help new contact lens wearers through a training session using your new trial diagnostic lenses. Customers must return to the store for a contact lens evaluation to receive their finalized prescription after wearing their trial diagnostic pair for about a week.
